We could not be happier with the results of the campaign and the professionals of James D. Klote & Associates. Holy Cross Parish, in the Diocese of Atlanta, faced the need to renovate and update our worship space and offices. The Vestry realized we needed more money than was ever raised at a single time in our 46 year history. We further knew that we would require expert counsel. In the process of interviewing capital stewardship firms, we were fortunate to find James D. Klote & Associates. The skill, enthusiasm and dedication of this firm was the key to the success of our “Lift High the Cross” capital campaign.
With their consultant entering into our community as a full-time parishioner, the campaign took on the feel of a consolidated parish effort. Working together, we surpassed our goal by over 20%!
When the need arises in the future, I will not hesitate to contact the professionals at James D. Klote & Associates to help my parish continue our mission and ministry of Jesus Christ.

Carmel Lutheran Church kicked off its ‘Hearts Compelled To Share’ capital campaign in record style. As of January 25th just 73 families of the more than 900 in the church had already committed $3.75 million dollars. That total represents not only the best kickoff to a campaign at CLC, it also represents the best campaign in total even though only 8% of the congregation has pledged so far.
The previous best campaign was just four years ago when CLC collected a total of about $3 million in pledges from over 425 donors.
