Why James D. Klote & Associates, Inc.
A successful capital stewardship program will not “happen” by itself. Careful plans must be made to generate funds the right way. Professional counsel is a wise investment, not an expense. Our specialty is providing full-time, on-site capital stewardship consulting for churches. Our resident-directed approach combines spiritual values and a proven method of successful capital stewardship. The JDK&A Director relocates to your community for the duration of the campaign and provides you with full-time access to our expertise and guidance. Problems are addressed immediately and meetings are held to meet the schedules of your volunteers. The JDK&A Campaign Plan has guided many capital stewardship appeals, raising millions of dollars for our clients. 95 percent of these appeals have been for church and church related causes, and 95 percent have been repeat campaigns or referrals given by former clients. On average, a church using the JDK&A Plan, typically raises five times the annual giving and in many cases results have been substantially beyond that range. Our Directors have provided professional, responsible counsel to meet the needs of:
- New construction
- Deferred maintenance
- Essential remodeling/restoration
- Debt reduction
- New programs
- Endowment
We welcome the opportunity to meet with you to discuss your future plans at no cost or obligation to you. Contact us for more information.
