Our specialty is providing full-time, on-site capital stewardship consulting for churches. Our resident-directed approach combines spiritual values and a proven method of successful capital stewardship. The JDK&A Director relocates to your community for the duration of the campaign and provides you with full-time access to our expertise and guidance. Problems are addressed immediately and meetings are held to meet the schedules of your volunteers. The JDK&A Campaign Plan has guided many capital stewardship appeals, raising millions of dollars for our clients. 95 percent of these appeals have been for church and church related causes, and 95 percent have been repeat campaigns or referrals given by former clients. On average, a church using the JDK&A Plan, typically raises five times the annual giving and in many cases results have been substantially beyond that range. A recent study of over 1,000 churches across the United States who had recently completed capital campaigns revealed that seemingly subtle differences in the ways various churches approached their campaigns yielded startling and significantly different campaign results. The study was conducted in June-July 2010 by Volkart May & Associates, a Minneapolis-St. Paul, Minnesota based marketing and market research firm.
