I am happy to provide feedback on my experience of the capital campaign consultation expertise of your company for Christ Church Easton. I offer this in my capacity as Chair of the Christ Church campaign and more than 20 years of experience as a professional development officer in the non-profit business sector.

The “Klote Methodology” brings results when the process and schedule are adhered to. The step by step process is excellent. It is clear and logically builds the capacity to set and achieve a goal. It can be effectively executed by a church volunteer workforce.

In particular, I’d like to praise the focus groups as a very effective step in the process. They set the tone for excitement and interest in the roll-out of the campaign and succeeded in getting a large number of our members engaged and giving feedback at the outset. The result was ownership of the funding priorities.

I have been involved in a church capital campaign where the consultant was on-site only periodically. The travel costs were surprising and expensive and as a result encouraged the church to avoid having the consultant on-site as much as needed or originally desired. Having now experienced the benefits of an on-site consultant for our campaign, I am convinced that it is one of the most valuable aspects of the Klote Methodology. Worth every penny and an expense that is known up front.
