The Rev. Mike Stone

Our Klote consultant worshipped with our parish and openly and graciously participated in parish life throughout his stay, helped move furniture, joined a school playground work day, participated in school chapels, Sunday Eucharists, Bible studies, and a block party with the rector.  He displayed consideration and care for the parish and its members and took the time to follow up with thank you notes, emails, calls throughout the process.  Our consultant managed questions, concerns, and even pushback from committee members with poise and grace, always offered to serve as he could in difficult conversations and with committee needs, walked the fine line between standard Klote practice and parish ethos, and persevered in communicating needs, processes, and deadlines to keep our parish focused and on track.
