After much prayerful consideration, our church leadership decided to utilize the services of James D. Klote & Associates for our most recent Capital Campaign.  This was absolutely the best decision for our congregation both fiscally and spiritually.  After a visit from Jim Klote to explain how the process works, we met with our consultant.  From the beginning, he was completely engaged in our mission and vision.  The consultant was able to adapt to our age diverse congregation and helped us to put together a Capital Campaign that was uniquely aligned to our Vision.  More importantly, he became a valued member of our team.

 

Perhaps the most beneficial aspect of the process was having an outside consultant that was able to keep us focused and motivated throughout the entire process.  The consultant’s motto of ‘Pray, prepare and press on!’ was a constant reminder that even in the difficult times, we must look to our Savior and press on.  There are no words that could adequately describe how impactful the consultant and this process have been for us as a staff and a congregation.  The every member visit has forged new relationships between our congregants.  The success stories that we’ve heard from the Campaign Committee have kept us uplifted and provided even more validation that we are on the right path.

 

While we will miss our new friend, we are grateful for the time he spent with us and we will continue to ‘Pray, prepare and press on!’
