Josh Bachman

Things have gone really well. Our Klote consultant has been a good fit with our staff and works well with everyone from administrators and teachers to support staff and laity.  He and I have had the opportunity to sit one-on-one at least four times, and we have another scheduled meeting tomorrow.  I appreciate his positivity, honesty, and willingness to shoulder whatever work may be beneficial to our cause.  The Klote process has synced well with how Immanuel operates and I’m optimistic about our ability to meet our lofty goal. That said, our combined flexibility in regard to the process when working with school families (many of whom are not church members) has led to significant positive outcomes in both volunteerism and financial pledges. I can honestly say that I look forward to the bi-weekly steering committee meetings!
