I’m writing to follow up on our involvement in the current capital campaign at Christ the King Presbyterian Church. My wife, Hope, and I have been active members for the past 15 years—I’ve served as an elder for the last two, and she spent our first two years on staff in youth ministry.
I wanted to share that much of the campaign’s success so far stems from the strong collaboration between our church leadership and the team at James D. Klote & Associates, Inc, particularly through our Klote consultant’s invaluable guidance. The ability to adapt the core outline of the Klote process while incorporating some of our own ideas has led to truly positive outcomes in our efforts to date.
Our favorite part has been how, during every visit, people felt empowered to share their stories, testimonies, questions, and concerns—and were warmly welcomed into this church-wide process.
Hope and I have been deeply humbled and grateful to play a part in it all, and we’re excited to finish strong as we work toward our goal.
