Westminster Presbyterian Church Kick-off Event Announces $4.5 million

Lancaster, PA – More than 500 were in attendance at the Westminster Presbyterian Church Kick-off Event!  The “Glorify, Nurture & Proclaim Now and to the Next Generation” has raised $4.5 million from only 135 families.  The focus of the campaign is to replace the gym/multi-purpose space, add classrooms, fellowship hall with kitchen and add office space.

Senior Pastor, Dr. Chris Walker stated, “I am very pleased with our progress and feel very blessed by the visits and our congregation’s response.”  Dr. Tucker York, Executive Pastor was quoted, “The Klote approach to our campaign put our church in a strong position going into the kick off meeting. The guidance we have received and adjustments we have made for our church have been immensely helpful in communicating our vision and helping the congregation embrace our expansion project. With 20% of our visits behind us we believe we are in very good shape to finish well in the months ahead and arrive at a very healthy pledge level before moving ahead with detailed design and construction.”
