Morristown, NJ – The Morristown UU Fellowship of Morristown, NJ held a Capital Campaign Kick-Off celebration to launch their effort to raise $3.4 million to address the Fellowship’s need to address renovations to their existing facility, pave and improve the lighting and landscaping of their 5.8 acre campus and construct a new 8,700 square foot Religious Education building and Fellowship Hall.
Approximately 300 members, adults and children, were in attendance as the congregation’s leaders celebrated the event.
Following the Sunday worship service announcing the Capital Campaign theme “Deep Roots, Wider Wings” led by Rev. Alison B. Miller, the Capital Campaign Co-Chairs Kathleen Solu and Paul Ferm invited everyone to join in the celebration and announced that $1,025,000 had thus far been donated toward the overall campaign objectives.
