Oceanside, CA – Coastline Baptist Church held their “Heart For The House” Capital Stewardship Campaign Kick-Off Event on Sunday evening, June 2, 2019. People enjoyed dining on great food on the outdoor patio while visiting with church friends.
Inspirational worship music opened the evening program and personal heartfelt testimonials were offered by Campaign Committee Leaders, challenging everyone to open their hearts to the possibilities. A very powerful message was given by Pastor Steve Chappell as he shared, “The Lord has blessed us in this House, but we are out of space. This is our time and we must all seize this opportunity to grow and reach more people in our community.” The Worship Center was packed with nearly 375 people and when the announcement that $1,002,072 was pledged from 47 families there was an enthusiastic communal cheer, echoed with great applause.
John Telles, Co-Chair of the campaign stated, “There was a great buzz of excitement in the parking lot after the program, really exciting time!”
