Canadian Church Kicks off Capital Campaign With Over $1 Million Already Pledged

Sudbury, ON – All Nations Church kicked-off the Building Tomorrow Today Capital Campaign. It was a wonderful beginning to a great afternoon, said Mel Kalagian, JDK&A Campaign Director. Over three hundred members and regular attendees enjoyed a day of fellowship and inspirational speeches. Jean Mahood, the keynote speaker, inspired the congregation of her family’s faith in God and her journey to Sudbury some sixty years ago. Faith is only faith when it is tested. When God calls you he enables you to do it. When God asks you to give, he enables you to do it. He does not say can you afford it. He said what will you trust to give through me, Mrs. Mahood shared.

For sixty-six years, All Nations Church has been ministering to Sudbury, Ontario. It was in 1952, when Gordon Magee was asked to start All Nations and the rest is history. The future is shining bright for the 60 year old church. The final speaker of the afternoon was Pastor Jeremy Mahood, Senior Pastor of All Nations Church. He casted the vision that God has laid before the church and challenged everyone to write their own disciple plan. He shared that Everyone in this room today is here because of those who came before us. Before closing the afternoon, Pastor Jeremy invited the Pastors, Elders and Staff to come on stage. He wanted everyone to see the look on their faces as he announced that the campaign has kicked off with $1 million in pledges so far. This is not about us. It’s about whether we will accept the challenge from God, Pastor Mahood expressed.
