I am member of the Church of the Redeemer, and I just want to let you know what a great job the consultant is doing for my church.  As a commercial banker I fully understand the challenge it is to garner pledges for such a massive project, and I have been very impressed with the job your company, and in particular the consultant, has done on our behalf.  I have seen many religious organizations attempt such a venture, and few have been as successful.
