Our Klote consultant has led our First U. campaign with energy, insight, unfailing good humor
and very impressive professionalism during the last three months.  We have met your (and our)
desired benchmarks and timelines. He is thoroughly thorough in his execution of your
disciplined model and the myriad minutia that it entails. Most impressive and helpful to me has
been his stream of “who’s doing what to whom” memos as we progressive along the iterative
course.  We are very lucky to have him leading this campaign.
