Our parish, St. Timothy’s Episcopal Church, was in need of a capital campaign to address a large debt from a previous building expansion. As a new rector, I had never been involved in conducting a capital campaign and was unsure how to proceed. James D. Klote & Assoc. exceeded my expectations. Our on-site consultant was personable and professional. He was available, reliable, and prepared, able to teach and guide me and our church members in our various roles. The experience was both organized and flexible, able to adapt to our local needs. I also appreciated the pastoral and spiritual dimensions of the campaign throughout.
