My wife Sharon and I met you late last year when you visited with a small group of us at Concordia Lutheran Church in Kirkwood, Missouri. I just wanted to let you know what a great job the consultant is doing. Sharon and I mistakenly thought that the first focus group session was going to take place after last Saturday evening church service. Since we are the focus group presenters for the January 30 – 31 meetings, we thought we would sit in on this meeting to obtain a better understanding of the process and the type of questions that may be asked. The consultant saw us at the meeting room door, informed us that the first meeting doesn’t take place until Sunday and then spent almost an hour with us going over the presentation. He provided us with many thoughtful insights and presentation ideas. We are looking forward to working with him throughout this process.
