James D. Klote and Associates has my highest recommendation. Our parish had not conducted a Capital Campaign for almost 15 years when we invited James D. Klote and Associates to assist us in our Generation to Generation Capital Stewardship Campaign. We were impressed with the expertise, attention to detail, and leadership skills provided as we began to build our case for moving forward with our stewardship priorities.

In my opinion, a significant factor in the success of our campaign was the assigned consultant who provided the organizational framework and on-site presence that we clearly needed to engage this effort. He was an integral part of the parish staff and helped us stay informed throughout each stage of the campaign.

Even though there was initial apprehension about conducting a campaign in our current economic climate, the consultant helped us clarify our vision, set our priorities, and inspired us to believe we could reach our goals. We have already raised $2.2 million, twice what we raised in our last campaign, and we have solid potential to finish at three times our annual income. Most significant of all is the renewed sense of involvement and ownership by our volunteers who have reached out to our entire parish in a direct and personal way. We are grateful to see a new legacy unfolding for future generations.
