Nancy Saultz Radloff

I was the parish musician at St. John’s Church, Ithaca, NY, during the consultant’s visit there this winter. I saw him many times during his stay with us. He put in long hours, and I’m sure he worked very hard, but he always seemed to be very relaxed and happy. His demeanor was so pleasant and inviting that people found themselves talking to him and smiling, even if they aren’t particularly the smiling type. He’s also an excellent listener, which is certainly an important trait in any line of work. His professionalism and courtesy are a testament to your company’s standards, which are obviously high.
