This is a reference letter for a consultant for St. Mark’s Lutheran Church, Marion, IA, where I serve as Senior Pastor. He was onsite for seven months working with our Capital Appeal team for a debt reduction campaign from April to November 2012.

Our consultant made an immediate impact with our staff and capital appeal team. He helped us to put together presentations for the case for our debt reduction campaign and trained leaders effectively for making presentations to our congregation. His “can-do” attitude and persistent work ethic led the way as our appeal moved into the visiting phase.
