My experience with James D Klote and Associates has been nothing but positive. Their one-to-one approach is not only successful but inclusive, giving each member of the congregation the information they need and opportunity to participate in the ministry of the church. Having a consultant on site for the entire process is not only unique but so valuable and well worth the financial commitment. It allows the pastor to be a spiritual leader in the campaign providing the Biblical and spiritual context needed for success and for a smooth flow of information. I cannot say enough about our consultant. He was an integral part of the staff and fit us like a glove. It was such a pleasure working alongside him in ministry. He was organized, sensitive to the needs of the congregation, and an effective leader of our campaign. His faith and desire to serve the Lord and the Church was always on display.
