Chevy Chase, Maryland – Following a synopsis of a five-week Feasibility Study/Readiness Assessment, All Saints Episcopal Church voted unanimously to immediately move forward into an $8-10 million Capital Campaign. The campaign plan is to fund a three-pillared strategic initiative for the future including “Kingdom Building”, “Our Building”, and “Future Building.”
Generations of this 120-year old church in the Washington, DC area are no strangers to expanding and building for the future. Their most recent example dates back to only six years ago when they began building their membership and stewardship to what amounts to over a 50% increase in both!
Since the conclusion of their meeting, many Vestry members and others were heard discussing how excited they were to be taking this significant step forward to secure the church’s future and how ready they were to expand local and global community outreach, upgrade their campus and structure a sustainable future to frame the next 120 years of rich history.
